Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn shoes back into their original manufacturer's box and secure them inside a separate shipping container to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
